QUALITY

Boxworkstulsa.com offers only first quality merchandise from ongoing suppliers.  We do not buy closeouts, liquidation items or seconds.  Some items may no longer be in production by manufacturers due to seasonality.  Many items are purchased from vendors as an assortment and certain colors or sizes may not always be available.

Our selection will change based on new items we find.  We are continually searching for new and unusual products with no specific theme or timetable.

GUARANTEE

Boxworkstulsa.com will offer a full refund for any merchandise returned for any reason.  Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of original purchase. An original receipt or copy of receipt must accompany your return. Returned merchandise must be in salable condition in the original packaging. (Special orders made at a customer request may not be covered.) You may contact us for a return authorization number that will be used to properly credit your account.  Returns must have an authorization number. Returns received without an authorization number will be refused. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.

PRIVACY

Boxworkstulsa.com DOES NOT SHARE ANY INFORMATION FOR ANY REASON WITH ANY OUTSIDE COMPANY OR INDIVIDUALS.  We are wholly owned by McWorks, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation, who does have access to all information through shared data.  All billing will be under the name of Boxworks. Your information is encrypted on all order forms to protect your privacy.

CREDIT CARD BILLING

All credit card billing will be under the name of Boxworks.   Your information is encrypted on all order forms to protect your privacy.

HANDLING

Handling charges are placed on small orders to cover minimal overhead to process your order.  We actually get orders for less than a dollar's worth of merchandise and cannot pay the labor and supplies used to process that order on the pennies of profit it generates.  Therefore, we have instituted a sliding scale of handling charges:

Merchandise value over $20 - No Handling Charge
Merchandise value $10- $20 - $1.00
Merchandise value $5 - $10 - $2.00
Merchandise value $5 & under - $3.00

FREIGHT POLICY

Our freight policy is very simple.  We will ship all the products you ordered in 1 shipment to any location in the domestic U.S. Freight charges are based on the dollar value of the item(s) you order. See chart below. Overly large items will have a special designation indicating an addition shipping charge. That rate will be based on size and destination of that item. You will be informed of the shipping charge before it is shipped. If an item is out of stock and we expect it in within 5 business days we will hold your order and ship it complete when the item comes in.  If the item is going to be more than 5 days or is no longer available we will cancel that item and ship the rest of your order immediately or backorder the missing item at your option.  Backorder items will be shipped upon arrival at no charge.   NORMAL POLICY IS TO HOLD BACKORDERS OPEN AND SHIP WHEN THEY COME IN.  PLEASE ADVISE IN THE COMMENTS SECTION IF YOU PREFER TO CANCEL ANY BACKORDER ITEMS.  Any expedited delivery (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.) requests will be charged the rates we charge our in-store shipping customers. Please request a shipping quote.

We use FedEx and UPS to ship all orders.  All shipments are insured for $100 per package at no additional charge.  We do not ship through the Post Office. Requests for international shipments will be verified through the credit card companies. Boxworkstulsa.com reserves the right to decline international orders.

Freight carriers deliver to the address they are given and charge for any changes.  If the address provided to us is incorrect and we incur a charge from a carrier we will charge that amount back to the credit card that was used with the original transaction, plus a fee of $10.00.  Please be very careful of street addresses, suites, building floor, zipcodes, etc.  (For example carriers will not deliver a package to Fred Smith at 1 Main St, when 1 Main St turns out to be a 60 story building.  They must know the firm name, building floor, etc., to get the package to Fred Smith.  They can't just leave the package on the sidewalk in front of the building.)

SHIPPING CHARGES:

MERCHANDISE TOTAL PER SHIPPING ADDRESS

$25.00 AND UNDER $5.75

$25.01 - $50.00 $7.75

$50.01 - $100.00 $9.75

$100.01 - $150.00 $14.00

$150.01 AND OVER 10% of total order

DAMAGED PACKAGES

Unfortunately, these things happen from time to time.  If you receive a package that has damaged goods inside, don't throw anything away.  Save all boxes, bubble, peanuts, everything!  UPS and FedEx operate differently for the claims process.

If the package came by UPS, contact them at 1-800-742-5877 to report a damaged package.  Make sure you have your tracking number as reference.  Then contact us.  Send us an email with all the details.

If the package came by FedEx or FedEx ground, send us an email with all the details including tracking number and we will contact the carrier.

If at all possible, take pictures of the box and damaged items.  Then email them to us.  This sometimes helps with the claims process.

SALES TAX
The taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped any where in Oklahoma.

To be clear, the Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA), which was signed in to law on October 21, 1998, does not, as some have asserted, preclude sales and use taxes on any and all commerce conducted over the Internet. State and local governments are allowed to impose sales and use taxes on all such electronic sales, provided that the tax (and its rate) are the same as that which would be imposed on the transactions if they were conducted in a more traditional manner, such as over the phone or through mail order.
The ITFA is intended to prevent any jurisdiction from imposing special taxes on Internet transactions, other than such taxes that a jurisdiction already has the ability to impose (e.g., sales tax). The ITFA prevents the imposition of any such taxes through October 21, 2001.
Currently, most e-commerce companies use the same taxation rules used by mail-order companies, which are based on constitutional guidelines for interstate commerce. Generally this means that states can only require companies to collect sales tax in states where they have business operations, and as a result, a company will not collect sales tax in states where they have no business operations.

DISAGREEMENTS

In the event of any disagreements, both parties (buyer and seller) agree to work in good faith to seek a fair settlement.  If this cannot be done, both parties agree to use the laws and courts of the City of Tulsa, County of Tulsa, and State of Oklahoma and to bring suit only within those jurisdictions.  In no event shall any damages claimed by buyer exceed the cost of the material and associated freight charges for the original shipment.  The seller reserves all rights to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law for any payments that are returned, charged back or stopped in any manner.  Returned checks and fraudulent credit card charge backs will incur a $25 fee and be prosecuted through the district attorney's office unless settled immediately upon notification. (Fraudulent credit card charge backs are deemed to be charges ordered against your card by you or an authorized agent and properly delivered in good condition by us or our agents.  Subsequent refusal to accept these charges and resulting chargeback to us by your credit card issuer may result in civil and criminal actions against you.) Additionally, buyer agrees to be responsible for any reasonable collection costs incurred by seller (including time, expenses, legal fees, court costs, etc.) to collect funds pledged to secure the original transaction.

Submission of any orders shall indicate concurrence with the terms stated above.
